Mariah was our main contact and she was nothing but informative, patient, not pushy with the sale…. Really just everything I wanted when it comes to such a huge purchase. Family owned and all the employees are related or friends of the family. I signed the contract on Jan 28th and the roof was installed on Feb 3rd. They showed up at 9 in the morning and were finished by 1:30 in the afternoon.
These guys are truly the best.
They replaced our roof when we moved in 2.5 years ago and came back today to deal with a leak issue we had (not caused by them but discovered to be due to a poor installation job of our woodburner pipe by the woodburner guy). The guys that came out were polite and respectful and took care of it immediately. They didn’t even charge us for it. Chris has been exceptional to work with – always responding promptly-and we will recommend him to anyone we know who needs a new roof!
