If ever considering a new roof, CONTACT THESE GUYS!

I highly recommend Billy’s roofing. We worked with Chris, who explained everything in detail and helped with choosing what we need. They were very reasonable and efficient. I truly felt taken care of through the entire process.

These guys are truly the best.

They replaced our roof when we moved in 2.5 years ago and came back today to deal with a leak issue we had (not caused by them but discovered to be due to a poor installation job of our woodburner pipe by the woodburner guy). The guys that came out were polite and respectful and took care of it immediately. They didn’t even charge us for it. Chris has been exceptional to work with – always responding promptly-and we will recommend him to anyone we know who needs a new roof!

Beyond the quality of the finished product, I want to highlight what I think separates them from their competitors. I was kept informed every step of the way down to the smallest details and they were very responsive when I had questions (Thanks, Mariah!). The entire crew displayed nothing but professionalism while on-site. Their clean up was amazing. It’s evident that they’re a company that knows how to deliver a quality product with quality service.

From the salesperson (Katelyn) to the working professionals….their job on my two Plymouth homes was top notch. Don’t expect them to be your cheapest quote but expect them to be the best value and workmanship.

Katelyn was awesome when she came out and gave estimate, she took pictures of areas on the roof that were in desperate need of repair and explained everything. The team that worked on roof did excellent job, were very respectful of property did awesome clean-up job. I am one happy customer. Thank you Billy’s Roofing.

The installation crew led by team leader, Charles, were very respectful of our property and clean up was extremely thorough!

Family owned and all the employees are related or friends of the family. I signed the contract on Jan 28th and the roof was installed on Feb 3rd. They showed up at 9 in the morning and were finished by 1:30 in the afternoon.

they took their time and did a thorough job of cleaning up the yard after debris fell. They went above and beyond what I expected they changed out all the wood trim and painted it. I highly recommend Billy’s roofing for anyone’s roofing needs. They also installed gutters both crews were very respectful and took their time and did a great job.

This company was very fast to get back to us,and kept us informed. The crew was a great group of very polite young man and hard workers.The clean up was outstanding. I like the fact that this is a family owned company who cares about their business.They are opening another office in the City of Plymouth on Main St. I would highly recommend Billy’s to do your roof.

Honestly, no one else should touch your roof.

Years ago Billy’s replaced my roof and the job was perfect. A few months later I had an issue that I thought might be the roof. It was NOT the roof and Billy showed me where the issues was. He then fixed it! Amazing. Today, many years later, a bad wind storm pulled off a shingle sheet. Brian inspected the entire roof and reattached the shingle. I can’t imagine any other company working on my roof. 100% trust in this company.

We got quite a few quotes and they were comparable to others. However, the customer service was BEYOND anyone else! Mariah was our main contact and she was nothing but informative, patient, not pushy with the sale…. Really just everything I wanted when it comes to such a huge purchase. They were even willing to order more shingles so we could have the same exact roof on our screened in porch that will be built soon. Great service! And our roof looks amazing!
